So I was in Singapore and flicking through one of those magazines like “PRESTIGE” and “TATLER”, I forget. I am crazy about truffles and I saw this one page add about Casa Tartufo on Orchard Road and reserved seats right away for dinner.
We had a 6 course dinner with Brunello. Every dish, even the ice cream and grappa was made with truffles. The Italian chef used to work for a 3 star Michelin restaurant and then started his own business. This particular dish was an appetizer with mashed potatoes. DELICIOUS.
